A renovated five-bedroom home on the quiet residential side of 30354, five minutes from the Southside Industrial Park distribution centers, ten from the airport and Hapeville, and one minute from a MARTA stop. Weekly rent with utilities and Wi-Fi covered, for people who work in the warehouses, on the ramp and on the road.
Southside Industrial Parkway, the UPS and FedEx hubs and the Forest Park and Conley distribution centers are the big employers on this side of the city, and most of their shifts start before dawn. From this house the Southside Industrial Park is a five-minute drive; Forest Park and Conley are one bus or fifteen minutes by car. Half of the people who rent rooms in Atlanta do not own a car, so the MARTA stop one minute from the door matters.
Every room is furnished and priced weekly with power, water and fiber Wi-Fi covered, a washer and dryer on site, and scheduled cleaning of shared spaces. There is no deposit and no move-in fee. Booking runs through PadSplit: you verify your ID and income, pass a safety screen, choose a twelve-week stay or a shorter one, and move in any day between 8am and 9pm.
The house sits on a residential street with driveway parking and exterior cameras; every bedroom has an electronic lock. Quiet hours are 11pm to 9am, overnight guests are not permitted, and shared spaces are cleaned professionally on a schedule. It is a house for adults who work and want to come home to calm.
Rooms 2 and 3 are the value rooms: the corner room with four windows and the bright hallway room, both with a desk and chair and a closet. Room 4 adds a king bed and its own front-door entrance; Room 5 opens to the back patio; Room 1 has a private bathroom.
