Your weekly price covers the room, the furniture, power, water and fiber Wi-Fi, with scheduled professional cleaning of the kitchen, bathrooms and common areas. A washer and dryer are on site. There is no security deposit, no move-in fee and no utility accounts to open. You bring your clothes, your toiletries and your own supplies; the furniture and the Wi-Fi are ready.
Stays run on a twelve-week commitment, or a shorter stay with PadSplit's one-time $175 flexibility fee, and you can extend by simply staying. Rent is billed weekly or every two weeks to match how most of our residents are paid. Weekly rent is capped at about half of your verified weekly income, which is PadSplit's way of making sure a room stays affordable.
