Hospital staff & traveling clinicians

Furnished rooms for travel nurses and hospital staff, 13-week friendly.

Twelve-hour shifts, thirteen-week contracts and a house that stays quiet when you sleep at 9am. The primary suite has its own bathroom; two rooms have their own entrance. Grady and downtown are fifteen minutes, Southern Regional about the same, Piedmont Atlanta, Emory Midtown and the Atlanta VA under twenty-five.

  • From $169/week, utilities and Wi-Fi covered
  • No deposit · no move-in fee

Housing that fits a contract, not a lease

A thirteen-week assignment does not fit a twelve-month lease, and a hotel eats the stipend. PadSplit stays run on a twelve-week commitment with weekly billing, no deposit and no move-in fee, so a contract and a room start and end together. Extensions are as simple as staying.

Room 1 is the primary suite with a private bathroom, the room most travel nurses ask for. Rooms 4 and 5 have their own exterior entrances for the days you get home at 8am and leave at 6pm. Every room is furnished with a desk and chair, a ceiling fan and an electronic lock, and the house has a washer and dryer on site for scrubs.

Drive times from Glenrose Heights: Grady Memorial and downtown about fifteen minutes; Southern Regional in Riverdale about fifteen; Piedmont Atlanta, Emory University Hospital Midtown and Children's Healthcare of Atlanta Hughes Spalding twenty to twenty-five; the Atlanta VA in Decatur about thirty. The airport is ten minutes for fly-home weekends.

The house is owner-operated, not a management company: maintenance answered within a business day, the Move-In Guide emailed before day one, and a host who is one message away. Housemates are verified and screened through PadSplit, and quiet hours are 11pm to 9am.

Questions

Do you accept 13-week travel nurse contracts?

Yes. Stays run on a 12-week commitment with weekly billing, so a 13-week contract fits; extend by simply staying. Shorter stays are possible with PadSplit's one-time $175 flexibility fee.

Which room has a private bathroom?

Room 1, the primary suite, has its own full bathroom. Rooms 4 and 5 share a bath but have their own private exterior entrances.

How far are the hospitals?

Grady and downtown about 15 minutes; Southern Regional about 15; Piedmont Atlanta, Emory Midtown and CHOA Hughes Spalding 20 to 25; the Atlanta VA about 30. Hartsfield-Jackson is 10 minutes.

Is there a deposit?

No deposit and no move-in fee. Your first week's rent is due at booking through PadSplit, and every room comes furnished.
